GREAT WEEKEND IN MACON

Well, we had a great weekend at the GON Outdoor Blast.  Since I was one of only a couple of food vendors, we had the taste buds all to ourselves.  It was great to get to meet a different clientele group.  I got several online orders and a few wholesale customer inquiries.  It is always great to visit Macon because that means that I get to eat some AMAZING chili dogs from NuWay Weiners.  I’m not sure whether or not they have taken the place of DoDo’s Pool Hall (Milledgeville, GA) chili dogs as my “World’s Best.”  Needless to say, I had to hit a little Pepcid because I just had to have a half a dozen or so.  I also found  a great competition grill that I may end up buying from Bubba’s Grills (This year’s Memphis in May Rib World Champion)…Look out folks, I may start cooking for competitions soon!  All in all, it was  agreat weekend.  Plus, Coleman (my assistant) won free entry for two into the Wayne County Altamaha River Catfish Tourney for next year….Maybe we can get a boat painted up for a Ross Sauce Sponsorship!!!
