Dillard BBQ & Bluegrass Festival

Planning on running up to Dillard tomorrow to check out the BBQ competition and Bluegrass music.  I had hoped to set up a booth to sell sauce, but because of my surgery week before last and just starting back to walking today…it just wasn’t possible.  I am hoping to look at a few of the competitors and see what all is going on.  Also looking at what styles of grills people use because I AM VERY SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING PURCHASING A NICE GRILL for both competition and to use for my festivals that I cook at.  Stay tuned for more info.
