Great Scott Sauces, Inc. is the result of over 10 years of prodding and encouragement from my many friends who have been recruited as sauce "guinea pigs" over the years. Cooking and experimenting with food has been a hobby of mine as long as I can remember. I hope that my sauces and other gastronomic creations will bring an extra measure of joy to your life and food.
